Something I am trying to spread, its hard but not impossible. I have been practicing/training for this for an extremely long time now. You there, yes you have you ever wondered when you insult me with your jokes or your painful words I just smile and walk away, have you ever wondered after you sucked my life beat me emotionally and threw me on the floor like garbage, i still reached out to you when you were in trouble, have you ever wondered why I stood silent when you yelled and abused me, so you would not feel feel bad. Its because I was training myself to be kind in every situation, but you will never understand the pain I went through, and for each insult or slap there is scar on my soul, just so I can be a better human, I love everyone even if you caused me unbearable pain. Try to be kind to just one person a day, in return he/she will do it to another, imagine this could spread like a wildfire.
